Introduction
In realty, every structure stands tall on a strong and firm foundation. It is this very base that provides the firmness and stability to the columns and slabs to reach the skies. Suraksha is an epitome of such foundation. We have been the bricks which have given strength and form to many landmarks over the years. Suraksha was an entrepreneurial dream set up by three individuals who had the vision and passion to foray into the world of realty in 2002. With three partners came three sets of skills, dreams and expertise.
We started off by funding developers for projects, which evolved into realty angel investing. Beside finance, we forayed into legal, regulatory, design optimisation and other areas of real estate development. We have earned a name for our self after having worked with the best names in real estate industry.
Suraksha has come a long way from its inception and now has diversified into building residential and commercial spaces under it’s brand name. We believe that our faith in the attributes of accountability, perseverance and commitment will help us create something better each time and accomplish greater goals.

Mr. Vijay Parekh
He has a rich and vast experience of over 20 years in TDR trading and real estate. His role revolves around land/project acquisition, human resource function and regulatory compliance of the company.
Mr. Paresh Parekh
He has over 15 years of experience in civil construction and property development. He is responsible for project feasibility, execution and cementing key tie ups in joint ventures with business associates.
Mr. Sudhir Valia
He is a fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and carries more than two decades of taxation and finance experience. He engineers the financial, strategic and legal decisions and policies of the business.
GENEXT
The visionaries and veterans at Suraksha are now backed by the Team Nouveau, the team of young guns who bring new ideas to the table along with fresh perspectives and enthusiasm.
Mr. Gaurang Parekh
He has completed his M.A in Marketing Management from University. Mr. Parekh is responsible for project planning, construction, sales, marketing and business development.
Mr. Rahul Parekh
The youngest on board, he is involved in business development inititatives at Suraksha. Innovative strategies, intelligence gathering and market research are his domain.
Mrs. Khyati Valia
She is responsible for developing brand communications and executing marketing policies. She drives the functions in business development and corporate relationships with partners and business associates.
